About Me

Right now I am a student at the University of Illinois, where I am working towards a B.S. in Computer Science. I haven't really settled on a specific field that I want to focus on yet, but I do enjoy writing web applications (like this site!) and have recently been studying operating systems and concurrent programming with Erlang.

Besides the normal courses and workload of college, I am involved in quite a few activities around campus. The local ACM chapter provides an outlet for my programming ides, and those who know would not be surprised to find out that I am a member of Young Americans for Liberty. I also help out with The Soceity of Women Engineers and I am a member of the Kappa chapter of the professional engineering Fraternity Theta Tau.

I currently work at UIUC's Engineering IT Helpdesks and will be an intern at Facebook in Summer 2012.
